When you call to make your reservation, some of the information we’ll ask for includes:

• RV License Plate Number

• Alternate Cell Phone

• Emergency Name and Contact Number

• Driver License Number of Person Named on Reservation

• RV Registration Expiration Date

• RVIA (or Equivalent Organization) Seal Number

NOTE: The RVIA, or Recreational Vehicle Industry Association, seal is an oval emblem located on the outside of your RV to the left of the entrance door. It certifies that your RV has been manufactured in compliance with standards for Recreational Vehicles in the areas of Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Fire Safety.

We understand that some of you may be impacted by COVID-19 related travel restrictions and find that you will need to change your reservations with us. Please know that we understand and will do our best to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. Also, we want to let you know that in an effort to protect the health of you and our campground staff, we are accepting payments by credit card only.

The rally rate is $52 per night (all sites are pull-thru) as long as we have 10 site reservations for a minimum of 3 nights each. If we do not get at least 10 site reservations the rate will increase to $79/night

Please note the following:

If your rally does not meet the 10 or more site reservations for at least 3 night or more nights the rate will automatically increase to our normal rate.

Payment in full is required when members book their sites.

Check in time is 12 noon and departure time is 11am.

We offer complimentary WiFi in our common areas only.

No tents or truck campers at this time.

The rally room and kitchen are at your disposal anytime EXCEPT Tuesday nights from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Rally Rate: $60 per night plus $1.75 Resort Fee. Total $61.75/night

Cancellation Policy

No Shows Forfeit deposit. If Guest cancels 48 hours prior to arrival date on daily or weekly then they get a guest credit for their next stay, within 12 Months. If Guest cancels a second

time, they forfeit their guest credit. Reservation Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival date for Monthly a Full Refund minus $100.00 cancellation fee will be issued. If cancellation occurs 30 to 89 days prior to arrival, then a guest credit will be issued and can be used within 12 Months of cancellation date. If Cancellation is less than 30

days of arrival date NO REFUND or GUEST CREDIT will be issued.

Early departures will not receive a refund or guest credit. Guest credit usage is based upon availability at the time of guests wanting to

make their reservation. Guest Credit is NOT Transferrable! Guest credit may not be used during

peak season without authorization by management. If Guest decides not to stay for the full length of reservation guest is

responsible for the price difference.

Management holds the right to change policy without notice.
